We are not currently seeking to fill any positions at SameDayLoans although the moment we are we will advertise them on this page along with a full job description and person criteria. Until then, however, we do not accept unsolicited CV’s or r ésumés and when these are sent they are discarded, unopened. For the most part, we have a low employee turnover and it is rare that we will advertise any roles.

At present, our staff include a management team and a customer services team who serve very different roles within the business. The management team handle all of the general business functions that are not client facing, from information technology to sales and marketing. In short, everything required to be able to provide you with a legally compliant loan in a safe and efficient way is controlled by our management team. These are salaried roles and with a low employee turnover it is unlikely that any of them will become available any time soon.

Working alongside our management team are our customer service team who make sure that the phones are manned and emails are being responded to all hours of the day and night and every day of the week. These are the people who respond to all of your queries when you send them a message using the web contact form on the website. When we hire anyone for one of these roles the first thing we look for is experience in customer-facing roles. These positions will always require exceptional communications skills and only those with a high standard of written English and an excellent phone manner will be considered.

Now is one of the best times in a long time to be getting involved in the consumer credit industry as it is currently growing in a way that out-paces many similar industries. Those from a financial services background will be aware that many other sectors within the financial services industry are currently shrinking. Meanwhile, consumer credit continues to grow year on year. As a result, if you are looking to find a new job this is probably one of the most stable that you could possibly find. The industry is likely to be taking on new people, rather than making them redundant, for many years to come.

The other side of the coin, however, is that these positions are currently amongst the most competitive and so it is crucial that if you are hoping to apply for one of these roles you come well-prepared. A recently edited CV is always a plus, and making sure that you are ready to talk up your best skills and attributes at interview a necessity. As with any job, those with relevant experience will always be preferred and those without it should look to build up their experience before applying. However, entry level positions sometimes do open up and when they do it is important to get in early because these roles are often the most competitive of them all.
