What is a pay day loan?

A pay day loan is a non-secured type of consumer credit that is generally only given to those who are in employment and who receive a monthly pay cheque. They are often supplied without any credit checks being done and generally only involve small amounts of money.

As with every loan there is always interest to pay but there are also a few other charges. It is normal to charge extra fees and increased interest rates in the event that a payment expected from you is submitted late or missed altogether.

Is your service available in my country?

We only advertise loans for residents of England and Wales. If you do not live in one of these two countries then we are not legally able to advertise loans to you.

Are your loans legal?

Yes, we maintain a full-time compliance department to ensure that our loans are legal under the laws of England and Wales. It is not legal for us to advertise loans in any other jurisdiction, however.

What happens if I am struggling to keep up with repayments?

Whenever this is the case it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the terms of our agreement with you. If you miss one or two payments it is sometimes possible for us to waive the late payment charges in certain circumstances. The most important thing, however, is that we are given an up to date picture of your finances to help us make decisions on your account.
